2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States via USPS. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days at a flat rate of $6.99. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. 4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Custom, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 5. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on our site are error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Natural products such as crystals and stones may vary in size, shape, and color — this is normal and does not constitute a defect. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
