Order Processing

At Mystic Wicca, we make spiritual supplies shipping fast and discreet. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Your ritual supplies and spiritual tools are packaged discreetly with care.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States via USPS.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Free shipping applies to USPS standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. USPS shipments include delivery confirmation. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Address changes after shipment incur a $12.35 correction fee. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing. Contact us immediately at support@mysticwicca.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has been packaged, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
